A+++ a great experience with this locksmith. I was having issues with a door and spoke to Gal several days before the actual appointment. She asked me to text photos of the lock in question just so that they would be prepared as I told them I needed it fixed same day. The morning of my appointment, I was given a courtesy call while Trueshield was on their way, a super nice young man named Isaac. He fixed my lock in no time flat and explained the problem as to why the lock hadn’t been catching. Super easy to work with 1Calll - super responsive - and I received a follow up call to make sure everything had gone smoothly. Highly recommend!

Trueshield Locksmith came out replace my old locks and dead bolts so they all have the same key. Gal was VERY patient and explained everything as well as being very honest and gave me tips on how to get the most for my money. I would recommend to everyone!

I would give these folks 6 stars if I could. They arrived exactly on time and re-keyed 3 doors, including the front door which had been "tampered" with. Someone in my household thought himself to be a qualified locksmith. (All I did was create more work for the Trueshield Locksmith guys). Work was done quickly and professionally; and their prices are very reasonable. This company is now on my computer "Rolodex." Would not go anywhere else for future work!

Trueshield is amazing, if I could give him 10 stars I would. He did a fantastic job and was a pleasure to work with, very professional and kind. To say he went the extra mile to help us out would be an understatement. I HIGHLY recommend. Thank you Trueshield Locksmith!
